Plot grouping in the Canary Islands
We join two or more plots into a single resulting plot, defining its new geometry, surface area and graphic representation. We check the available documentation and produce the technical documentation needed to coordinate the operation with Catastro, the notary and the Land Registry where applicable.

What problem it solves
Grouping plots is not adding surface areas on paper: the geometry of the resulting plot must be defined, the parcels must be checked to be adjoining and compatible, and the property's new legal and graphic reality must be documented so that Catastro, the deed and the Land Registry all reflect the same thing.
