Plot segregation in the Canary Islands

We divide an existing plot into two or more independent parcels, technically defining their new geometries, surface areas and coordinates. We review the available documentation and prepare the graphic representation needed for the procedures before the town hall, Catastro, the notary and the Land Registry, as applicable.

When you need this service

  • You want to split a plot between heirs or co-owners.
  • You are going to sell only part of your parcel.
  • You need to separate a portion of the plot for a specific transaction.
  • The current plot is too large for the use you want to give it.

What problem it solves

A segregation starts by knowing exactly what is being divided and how: where the new boundaries run, what surface area each parcel ends up with and what coordinates the new vertices have. Without that prior technical definition, the notarial, registry or cadastral procedure has nothing to work on.

Want to know how much it would cost in your case?

The price depends on the characteristics of the plot and the work required. Send us the cadastral reference or the location and we can make an initial assessment.
