Energy performance certificate in the Canary Islands
To sell or rent a home or commercial premises you need the energy performance certificate: the document rating the property from A to G according to its consumption and emissions. We visit the property, take the data of its envelope and installations, and prepare and register the certificate so you have the label on time.
