Documentation for extension of new construction in the Canary Islands
You enclosed a terrace, added a bedroom, built a second floor or an annex… and in the deed and Catastro the home still has its old square metres. The extension of new construction is the channel to document those metres, and it starts by measuring and drawing them correctly.

When you need this service
- Your home has more built square metres than appear in the deed or Catastro.
- You are going to sell or mortgage and reality doesn't match the documentation.
- You want to update your property's declared built surface area.

What problem it solves
While the extension is not recorded, the documented property and the real one are two different things, and that complicates sales, valuations and inheritances. We produce the measurement and the technical certificate the notary needs to process the extension; the deed and registration are up to the notary and the Land Registry.
