Certificate of age of constructions in the Canary Islands

Proving the age of a construction is decisive in many proceedings: declarations of new construction, regularisation files and sales. We produce technical certificates that study the historical evidence of the construction, such as aerial photography from different periods, old mapping and the documentation provided, to determine since when the building is recorded.

When you need this service

  • You need to demonstrate that a construction has existed for years.
  • You are asked for it for a declaration or extension of new construction.
  • An administrative file or a sale requires proving the construction date.
  • Catastro or the deed don't record a building that has stood for decades.

What problem it solves

Age is not declared: it is proven. Our certificate documents the measured current state and crosses it with historical orthophotos and other sources, so the conclusion about age rests on technical evidence, not on assertions.

  • Analysis of the documentation provided by the owner.
  • Technical certificate with the evidence and the conclusion about the age.

Want to know how much it would cost in your case?

The price depends on the characteristics of the plot and the work required. Send us the cadastral reference or the location and we can make an initial assessment.
